Create systems and habits that allow you to spark your own joy through daily creative play while building your capacity to give your all to those who matter most.

The Feed Your Creative Soul: Daily Creativity Practice Workshop will give you the tools to create the time and space you need to make it happen!

You’re a mom with a creative side but simply can’t find the time to feed your creative soul

You know that you feel better when you create and want to find a way to create a daily practice for creativity.

Building a daily creativity practice will create opportunities for mindful play that sparks joy and reduces stress.

It’s easy to feel that you are “just” a mom.  Through the development of a daily practice centered around creativity, you can feel “whole” again.

The Feed Your Creative Soul: Daily Creativity Practice is a four-week workshop that will provide you with the structures and strategies to build a daily creativity practice where you take care of yourself before taking care of everyone else.

Kids deserve a happy mom.

The holidays are just around the corner, and with it comes extra demands on your time,  changes in schedules, and trying to pack in as much fun as possible for those around you.

We’ve also survived the last two years in and out of quarantines and limited opportunities to focus on more than surviving.

This is the time to create and thrive!

Let’s start now with building the habit of taking time for YOU to create before you take on the challenges of the holidays!

This workshop could be the first step in reclaiming yourself and preventing resentment & the impacts of stress on your health and relationships

I’m Patience Bertana,  a mom and creative soul.

I’ve spent the last year reconnecting with my creative side while working full time. Creativity was the driving force that allowed me to recover from a severe case of burnout and continues to be a large part of my mental health practice.

Creativity has been a big part of my life since I was a young girl.  I have been making and selling cards for many years.  My card business, PB Creations, helped fund my son’s adoption ten years ago and was a source of joy through years of infertility and the adoption process.

I have a charisma and a passion for helping others. and have spent 25 years in public education, with the last decade as a coach supporting other educators.  My experiences allow me to create workshop experiences that hold space for those who participate.

By the end of this course, you will have created and implemented a daily creativity practice of 10-15 minutes that allows you to reconnect to your creative soul.  You will have a designated space, materials, and ideas to continue the practice

This blended workshop will provide both live video sessions and daily email prompts to spark your creativity.  The community will also include a voxer chat and access to Patience via Voxer.

Workshop starts on Sunday January 15th

In the Feed Your Creative Soul: Daily Creativity Practice program you will experience four weeks of content:

Week 1: Creativity & The Stress Cycle

Week 2: Mindful Play & 4% time

Week 3: Use What You Have & Creating a Space to Create

Week 4: Art Journaling & Creating on the Go

Who should join the Feed Your Creative Soul: Daily Creativity Workshop?

This program is designed for moms who have a creative side but simply can’t find the time to feed their creative soul

This is for you if:

  • You enjoy creating and maybe even have collected the supplies but they might be sitting untouched 🙂
  • Your family has a hectic schedule and you can’t imagine how to sneak in 15 minutes of creative time
  • You feel as though you are always doing everything for everyone else and need to reconnect with yourself.
  • You are a creative soul who wants to create systems and build a daily creativity habit
  • You are looking for a creative community where you will be supported!

Have you enjoyed a painting night with friends or attended a wreath workshop?  You walk away with a cute sign or a decorative wreath, but not much else.  You may even walk away craving more creative time!

This workshop isn’t designed to show you how to create or use materials…

It’s about creating lasting habits and structures that allow you to have the time and space to create whatever your heart desires.

Our four week workshop is designed to meet the demands of busy working moms while holding you close as we develop the daily creativity habit. Through the workshop, you will have access to:

  • LIVE Opening Zoom session to kick off the workshop
  • Daily Email Prompts to spark creativity and habits
  • Weekly one-hour Zoom sessions where we will focus on content & group coaching
  • Voxer Group for Community & Connection at any time
  • Voxer Access to Me for 1:1 Support and accountability

Workshop starts on Sunday, October 16th!

This $97 investment is for YOU!

We invest in sports, lessons, activities for our kids.  We want what is best for them.  We want to provide them with every opportunity to be happy and successful.

Happy moms make happy kids.

The cost of this 4 week workshop is an investment of $97.  This is the comparable to:

  • one hour baseball pitching lesson

  • and the list goes on…

We don’t bat an eye at investing in our children & their activities.  We deserve to do the same for ourselves!

Here's what others have to say...

Jess

I participated in 2 online workshops from Patience and really enjoyed them! She helped me to pursue creative outlets as well as make positive changes in my day-to-day life. She used music, doodling, anecdotes, group conversations, and much more to lead a fun and successful experience!
